Visa Support

If you need a visa to visit Russia please provide us with the following information:

• Full name
• Gender
• Nationality
• Date and place of birth
• State and region of permanent residence
• State and the city where you are going to apply for the visa
• Place of work including the full address (if not specified in the registration form)
• Position (if not specified in the registration form)
• The dates of arrival and departure
• Copy of the title page of your passport

We need these data to send an official request to the specified Russian consulate which will allow you to obtain the visa for a business trip. The information should be sent to the conference address rctp2018@ihed.ras.ru as soon as possible but not later than June 15, 2018. Alternatively you can apply for a touristic visa without our support.
