JPCS Proceedings
The conference proceedings will appear in the Open Access Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS), which is part of IOP Conference Series. All papers published in IOP Conference Series are fully citable and upon publication will be free to download in perpetuity. The journal articles are abstracted in Conference Proceedings Citation Index – Science (CPCI-S) (Thomson Reuters, Web of Science), Compendex, Scopus, Inspec, Chemical Abstracts Service, International Nuclear Information System (INIS), NASA Astrophysics Data System, SPIRES, and VINITI Abstracts Journal (Referativnyi Zhurnal). Important: please read before you submit a paperPUBLICATION LICENCE FOR OPEN ACCESS PROCEEDINGS PAPERS. IOP Conference Series operates a publishing licence, under which authors retain copyright of their papers and they no longer need to sign and submit copyright assignment forms. Any author who wishes to publish in IOP Conference Series must agree to the terms of the licence and by submitting a paper for publication it is assumed all authors of the paper agree, in full, to the terms of the licence.The licence terms and conditions are available online. Where to send your paperManuscripts, prepared according to the author guidelines, should be added and submitted for reviewing through the conference site at the section Contribution using the assigned user identifier.When to send your paper
Preparing your paperAuthors are asked to prepare their papers using LaTeX, according to the Journal of Physics: Conference Series guidelines and templates, and then convert these files to PDF. If you are not familiar with LaTeX, please read Not so Short Introduction to LaTeX2e (English/Russian).Attention! Before preparing your paper, please learn the full version of rules ELBRUS2020.pdf (in Russian). Besides, short version of rules JPCSLaTeXGuidelines.pdf is available in English. Full instructions on preparing your paper, along with templates, examples and guides, can be found at the archive ELBRUS2020_Templates.zip. As an example for your article you can use files example.tex and example.bib. The result of compilation of these files in PDF format is example.pdf.
