KBSU Proceedings

The conference proceedings in Russian will appear in the Proceedings of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University. The journal articles are abstracted in Russian Index of Scientific Citation (elibrary.ru). Regular manuscripts prepared according to the author guidelines should be sent to elbrus@ihed.ras.ru (subject: ELBRUS 2016 KBSU Proceedings) until Sunday, May 15, 2016. All submitted manuscripts will be peer reviewed through processes administered by the proceedings Editors. Reviews will be conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of the journal.
