Invited plenary talks and contributed presentations in oral and poster sessions are planed. The conference will provide for the possibility of non-formal discussions, communications and co-operations.Conference LanguageThe conference languages are English (obligatory for all letters, abstracts, articles, posters, presentations and preferably for talks) and Russian (optionally for talks; simultaneous interpreter will be provided).Conference LocationElbrus settlement is 18 km far from Mount Elbrus (the highest pike of the Caucasus, 5642 m height), 120 km far from Nalchik, which is the capital of the Kabardino-Balkar Republic, and 200 km far from Mineralnye Vody city.
