Besides the book of abstracts, the Organizing Committee plans to publish the Compendium "Physics of Extreme States of Matter - 2009" and ivites the participants to send their full-length papers.

The papers should be submitted through the Conference site

using the assigned user identifier up to 20 January 2009 (14:00 GMT).

Please use the rules of the LaTeX publishing system at preparation of your paper. If you are not familiar with this system please read Not so Short Introduction to LaTeX2e (opens a new window, size 2.3 Mb).

All necessary files for preparation of the paper can be downloaded here. As a template for you article you can use the file example09.tex, which can be found at the same archive proc09.zip. The result of compilation of the file example09.tex in PDF format can be downloaded here. The maximal size of an ordinary paper - 3 pages, of an invited paper - 5 pages of the indicated above format.

For the russian participants only: together with your paper you shoud supply the permission for open publication of the paper (scanned with resolution higher than 150 dpi) via e-mail elbrus@ihed.ras.ru
